Job description

Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) - AgroVest

Develop, maintain, and control the overall project programme covering design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning phases.

Establish the baseline, master, and recovery programmes in alignment with client milestones and contractual requirements.

Integrate and manage multi-package schedules across CSA, MEP, commissioning, and vendor works, ensuring interface alignment.

Lead programme risk analysis, identify critical paths, and implement mitigation strategies to protect key data center milestones.

Monitor and report progress, delays, and productivity trends, providing accurate programme dashboards to the client.

Review and challenge EPC and trade contractors’ schedules to ensure realism, logic integrity, and resource feasibility.

Coordinate closely with design, procurement, and construction teams to manage long‑lead equipment and phased handovers.

Lead look‑ahead planning and schedule optimization to support fast‑track and phased data hall delivery.

Support change management and EOT assessments by analysing schedule impacts and preparing time‑related substantiation.

Act as the PMC’s programme authority, driving schedule governance, best practices, and compliance with hyperscale data center standards.
