Our Client:

We are partnering with a US based MNC that specializes in manufacturing of semiconductor test, automation and inspection products. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Program Manager as part of their strategic growth.

Responsibility

• Oversee multiple projects under the assigned program to ensure adherence to established project management standards and best practices.
• Coordinate priorities across various project managers, balancing workload and complexity while aligning with organizational objectives.
• Act as the main liaison between customers, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Identify potential risks and challenges early, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of operational tools and systems related to project tracking, capacity planning, and progress reporting.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and drive improvement actions to achieve manufacturing KPIs and targets.
• Lead the internal coordination of full project life cycles, including material readiness, production scheduling, and delivery to customers.
