Program Manager (Based in Malaysia, 1 year contract WFH)

PCI Private Limited is looking for an experienced Program Manager to be based in Malaysia under remote work arrangements. This position is a 1 year contract role, and will be placed under an Employment Agency.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison with global customers for NPI, fostering strong and successful customer relationships.
• Achieve and surpass the assigned sales budget for designated accounts.
• Oversee customer NPI and forecasting, ensuring timely execution of NPI deliverables.
• Ensure production pricing for NPI quotes is both profitable and competitive.
• Address customer issues promptly and efficiently, keeping relevant team members informed of any arising challenges.
• Meet monthly targets for order fulfilment, account receivables, and inventory risk management.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential excess and obsolete inventory.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Engineering with 5 years of relevant working experience or a Degree Holder in Engineering/Project Management.
• Possesses experience in managing NPI and other Project management.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Possesses strong Negotiation, Leadership and Presentation skills.
• Willing to travel whenever required due to business needs.
• Able to commit to overtime as and when required.
