Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent from a recognised university in Media and Communication / Advertising / Brand Management / Public Relations / Multimedia Communication or related fields.
• Proven track record supervising PhD students and publishing in high-quality journals (Q1/Q2).
• Experience securing research grants and managing IP in academia.
• Experience teaching in higher education with curriculum development and use of IT in teaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver teaching across lectures, tutorials and practicals with strong instructional design.
• Engage in research activities, publish and present at conferences, and pursue external grants.
• Participate in departmental administration, committees and external linkages with professional bodies.
