The Role

As a Professional Services Specialist at Amdocs, you will be part of a group of highly trained product experts responsible for end-to-end product deployment of our multi-vendor, multi-technology network optimization platform.

What will your job look like?

• Review technical requirements with internal and external stakeholders to recommend optimal solutions aligned with customer needs
• Participate in all technical aspects of product implementation, including end-to-end deployment of Amdocs solutions
• Serve as a customer‑facing representative throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, including onsite engagements
• Deliver post‑deployment training sessions and workshops to drive product adoption and effective usage
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate closely with R&D to resolve functional and performance‑related concerns
• Support pre‑sales activities, including proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) and technical evaluations
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and best practices
• Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance team productivity and individual efficiency

All you need is…

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• Proven experience in GIS web development using web‑mapping JavaScript libraries (e.g., Leaflet)

• Working knowledge of relational and non‑relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Cassandra)
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PHP, Bash, or PowerShell
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to solve technical issues efficiently
• Skilled in building trust and confidence with stakeholders through high‑quality and timely deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast‑paced telecom environment, with agility to adapt swiftly to evolving technologies, shifting requirements, and tight delivery timelines
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones based on project needs

Good to have…
