Job Description

A Production Worker in a switchboard Assembly is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing process, including wiring components, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met. They may also be involved in equipment maintenance, safety procedures, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Wiring and Assembly: Connect wires, terminals, and other components using various tools and techniques, including labeling, crimping, and cable management.
• Equipment Operation: Operate machinery and equipment to assist in the production process, following safety protocols and procedures.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with machinery or production processes, reporting problems to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and meet deadlines.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production output, materials used, and any issues encountered.
