Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the warehouse and production area. Responsibilities include planning workflow, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in English and strong leadership skills are required to manage and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
• Able to work under pressure and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily work in Goods In Warehouse, Production Area, and Goods Out Warehouse.
• Conduct regular stock takes and achieve inventory accuracy.
• Schedule and supervise work in extra time.
• Manage and cross-train team.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety guidelines.

Skills

Knowledge of production and Warehouse & logistics processes

Knowledge of Management Systems (ISO 9001/14001)

Leadership and personnel management

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Analytical and data interpreting skills

Fluent in English

Education

Degree in Industrial engineering, administration or related areas
