Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum SPM.
• No prior working experience required.

Responsibilities

• Handle manual or operational tasks to ensure smooth production processes.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Ensure products meet specifications, schedules, volumes and quality standards.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor output quality and identify defective products for discard or rework.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Review work orders, plan resources, and monitor operations for alignment with business objectives.
• Adhere to GxP regulations by following SOPs and maintaining documentation.
