Job summary

A manufacturing company in Selangor is seeking candidates for a role involving the operation of production machines and managing daily operations. Successful candidates should hold a diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, inspecting finished products, and ensuring machinery is well maintained. The role requires willingness to work shifts and the ability to start immediately.

Qualifications

• Preferably possess Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Aggressive and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Matured, analytical, self-starter and can work independently with least supervision.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling and operating production machines, equipment and tools.
• To carry out and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency productivity.
• To monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
• To inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
• Setup machine, diagnose problem and conduct repairs/replace machine parts.
• Maintain and manage daily maintenance works to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• To assist the supervisor to review the suitability of the SOP and WI.
• To ensure all maintenance activities meet stipulated procedures for yield improvement.
• To ensure all machines and equipment in the plant are well maintained.
• To get involved in the installation of any new machines.

• Maintain and manage daily maintenance works to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• To assist the supervisor to review the suitable of the SOP and WI.
• To ensure all maintenance activities are meeting the stipulated procedures that eventually lead to yield improvement.
• To ensure all the machines and equipment in the plant are well maintained and calibrated.
• To get involved in the installation of any new machines.
• To carry out such activities duties as the Company may from time to time as direct.

Job Requirements

• Preferably possess Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Aggressive and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Matured, analytical, self-starter and can work independently with least supervision.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to work on Shift (Morning/Night) and Rest day or Public Holiday.
• Able to start work IMMEDIATELY.
• Must be willing to work at Pulau Indah, Klang Selangor.
