• Monitor production processes and equipment, identifying and resolving any issues or malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents or injuries.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as design, engineering, and quality control, to ensure seamless integration of processes and resolve any production-related issues.
• Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation, including work orders, inventory levels, and quality control reports.
