With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.

Job Description:

• Supervising and coordinating production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
• Leading and managing a workforce of 50-100 employees (including local staff and foreign workers).
• Implementing and maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and C-TPAT (anti-terrorism) standards.
• Monitoring environmental management requirements (DOE) and special equipment compliance (DOSH).
• Overseeing the operation and maintenance of production machinery, including Laser Cutting, Laser Welding, and Arc Welding.
• Coordinating production schedules, resources, and manpower allocation to meet customer demands and project deadlines.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensuring accurate production data entry and reporting through ERP and MES systems.
• Acting as a bridge between management and shop floor, fostering effective communication and teamwork.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in manufacturing, with proven ability to lead teams of 50-100 people.
• Hands‑on experience in implementing ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and familiarity with C-TPAT requirements.
• Strong understanding of DOE (Department of Environment) compliance and DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health) requirements for special equipment.
• Experience in operating and supervising Laser Cut, Laser Weld, and Arc Welding equipment.
• Familiarity with ERP and MES systems for production planning and monitoring.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Prior working experience in a China‑based company will be considered a plus.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast‑paced production environment.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8AM - 5PM), Sat (8AM - 1PM)

Salary Range: RM 6,000 - 8,000
