Job description

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all production facilities, including BRC machine, batching plant, and precast yard.

Optimize production processes, logistics, and output efficiency to meet project timelines.

Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and ensure timely restocking.

Implement and oversee efficient stacking, handling, and storage of precast elements.

Plan and execute machinery maintenance to prevent downtime.

Train and supervise foreign workers on safe and proper operations.

Monitor and enforce quality control standards throughout all production processes.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field.

3–5 years’ experience in precast.

Strong knowledge of precast production systems, safety procedures and quality control.

Able to work independently and manage a small team effectively.
