About the Role

Robin Village Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor (Precast Manufacturing) to join our team in Senai, Johor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the precast production line, ensuring smooth workflow from material intake to finished product delivery. This role is critical to maintaining quality standards, production efficiency, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily and weekly precast production activities according to the established schedule.
• Review and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of casting work.
• Coordinate with main contractors, RTOs, and site workers to align production with project requirements.
• Assign tasks and supervise workers to ensure timely and quality completion of jobs.
• Perform QA/QC checks during pre-casting and post-casting stages to uphold product standards.
• Monitor material usage and control wastage to maintain cost efficiency.
• Organize and maintain testing records for submission and compliance purposes.
• Prepare necessary documentation and paperwork related to production activities.

Requirements
