Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated individual to manage production responsibilities. The successful candidate will plan, lead, and organize daily operations, ensuring smooth production while overseeing quality and productivity. Experience in injection molding is advantageous. This role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Injection Molding & Assembly part will be an advantage.
• Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic skills for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to work on a rolling shift pattern.
• Applicants must be able to work in SENAI.

Responsibilities

• Planning, leading, organizing, and taking corrective action on daily output performance.
• Conduct meetings with subordinates to fix quality, productivity, and improvement activities for the production line.
• Ensure production runs smoothly according to the scheduled plan.
• Summarize daily production issues and report to the superior for necessary actions.
• Monitor and maintain good 5S practice in production.

Skills

Experience in Injection Molding
