Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production operations in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong skills in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet output and quality targets.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, including coaching, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of safety standards, quality control practices, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Competence in using production‑related software, basic MS Office tools, and reporting systems.
• Solid problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to respond quickly to operational issues.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kulim and adapt to shift or extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure output meets quality, safety, and delivery standards.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules, assign tasks, and monitor workflow to optimise efficiency.
• Lead and train production teams, promote adherence to SOPs and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and supply chain to resolve issues, manage inventory, and minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Align activities with company objectives and participate in cost control and efficiency projects.
