• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and inventory‑related documentation.
• Liaise with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments to support seamless operations.
• Train, guide, and monitor operators to achieve high performance and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with company SOP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and reduce production waste.
