• Supervise production line and lead team to meet 2Q targets.
• Ensure daily quality and production output targets are achieved.
• Achieve weekly production schedules and department goals.
• Communicate and deliver department, management & company objectives.
• Continuously implement quality, productivity and efficiency improvements.
• Train, educate and support subordinates to carry out their work in compliance with production and management systems.
• Maintain good interpersonal relationships with peers and other departments.
• Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized and safe.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• At least three (3) years of experience in a related field; preferably senior executive in manufacturing/production operations.
• Working knowledge of electronic manufacturing/production, SMT, soldering and assembly.
