Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer requirements and company goals.

Monitor production processes and adjust workflows to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Supervise and lead production teams, providing training and performance evaluations.

Collaborate with other departments (Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to resolve issues and improve processes.

Analyze production data and prepare reports for management on productivity, costs, and KPIs.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S) to enhance productivity.

Manage inventory levels and coordinate material supply for uninterrupted production.

Handle staffing requirements, including recruitment, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.
