Job Summary

Our Production team is in need of a Production Quality Engineer to collect quality metrics for products with an aim in practicing and executing design feedback for manufacturing, product quality improvement management, covering post-sales product quality and services support, and customer satisfaction. The Production Quality Engineer is primarily responsible for the quality functions covering supply chain and incoming quality, and in-house manufacturing quality, product reliability and performance quality. The individual will work with the senior management of the global production operations in establishing quality-focus teams, mandating standard practices of quality principles, and will attend to the oversight responsibility to all global operations sites, cross-functional departments.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage quality issue analysis and FA report from quality point of view
• Engage with teams & suppliers to reach higher quality.
• Quality data creation/collection and analyzing
• Co-work with cross function team for the quality improvement.
• Field site products quality control and co-work with worldwide quality team feedback and quality improvement.
• Standard procedure creation/maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above for engineering background.
• 2+ years of quality control experience in computer/server field.
• Independence, Diligent, Initiative and positive.
• Good communication/ coordination skills.
• Good English ability.
