Job summary

A manufacturing solutions company located in Petaling, Malaysia is seeking a candidate to coordinate with customers regarding product requirements and delivery schedules. 1. Coordinate with customers to obtain product requirements such as specifications/BOM/delivery terms etc.

2. Coordinate with the customer and the in-house team to agree on delivery schedule.

3. Monitor and ensure timely delivery of products per delivery schedule.

4. Coordinate with the relevant parties to resolve any issues or changes pertaining to product requirements.

5. Provide raw material purchase requirements to Purchaser based on production needs.
