Job summary

Nueratec Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Ulu Tiram, Johor is seeking an Operator to operate production machines, perform machining, assembly, inspection, and deburring while meeting daily production targets.

The role emphasizes following work instructions, 5S, safety, and teamwork; fresh graduates are welcome with a strong learning attitude, and opportunities for on-the-job training and career development are offered.

Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Mechatronics is an added advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong learning ability are encouraged.
Basic understanding of production processes and work instructions.

Responsibilities

Operate production machines according to work instructions.
Perform machining, assembly, inspection, deburring and other production activities.
Follow daily production schedules and achieve the required output.
Ensure machines are operated safely and correctly.
Perform machine setup and basic adjustments when required.
Monitor machine operations and report any abnormalities.
Complete production records and reports as required.
