What you’ll be doing

• Operate and monitor various production equipment and machinery to ensure high‑quality output
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency and quality standards
• Willing to work with day shift (8am to 6pm) & night shift (8pm to 6am) (monthly rotate shift), and also work on weekend if production needed
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate records of production data and quality control checks
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
