Job description

• To perform production tasks in accordance with standard operating procedure.
• Assisting senior operators in operational issues and troubleshooting.
• Report the abnormalities that related to quality, food safety, workplace safety. Participate in resolving it.
• Operate machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and continuous production processes, according to the SOP and required specification.
• Monitor the machine performance and report the abnormalities and malfunctions to the superior.
• Not authorized to perform the process adjustment and machine setting.
• Perform routine checks and verification on the equipment.
• Perform visual and physical check of the raw materials and finished products. Document and record the results accurately.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of the materials to prevent contamination and damage. Load and unload the materials and finished product from production lines. Ensure the materials are available in the right quantity and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace in line with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Provide support to the team to complete the job on time, including multiple processing line.
• Able to work in a team and independently.

Others

• Ensure Compliance with Safety Standards - Implement and maintain safety requirements in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Food Safety Team Responsibilities - Actively contribute as a member of the Food Safety Team by coordinating and enhancing food safety measures. Promptly report any detected quality or food safety issues to the supervisor and assist in resolving them.
• Ethical and Regulatory Compliance - Uphold high ethical standards and adhere to all applicable regulations and company guidelines.
• Process Improvement - Continuously identify opportunities to improve work processes and
• Staffing and Development (Applicable for Senior Executives and above) - Assess staffing requirements, evaluate employee performance, and promote training and professional growth initiatives.
• Other Responsibilities - Perform additional tasks or assignments as directed by the immediate superior or management.
• Able to perform duties in a cleanroom environment with full compliance to uniform protocol.
