Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages resources for assembling, testing and repairing products on a manufacturing site.
• Plans, manages and controls department performance by setting direction and priorities.
• Establishes policies, guidelines and evaluates results.
• Sets production metrics and realistic goals to maximize throughput.
• Allocates budget and resources to meet production requirements.
• Interfaces between production and other product functions.
• Drives quality workmanship and continuous improvement.
• Leads cross-functional product teams and process improvement groups.
• Uses PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
