The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 3-4 years in a supervisory role. Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
  • At least 3-4 years in a supervisory, team lead, or senior production role.
  • Experience working with industrial machinery, fabrication, or assembly processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily production activities to meet targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to staff.
  • Ensure production schedules are met efficiently.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance for machine upkeep.
  • Monitor raw material inventory and liaise for replenishment.
  • Support continuous improvement programs and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
