Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet project timelines and delivery targets.
• Ensure high-quality precast products in compliance with QMS, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor production performance and implement improvement actions to boost efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of engineers, supervisors, and operators.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics for smooth operations.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and control production costs, waste, and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain a strong safety and teamwork culture.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in precast concrete production.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to lead a full production team and meet tight deadlines.
• Working Days: 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturdays off).
