A food manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as HACCP, GMP, and HALAL. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in the food manufacturing sector, strong leadership skills, and a background in meat processing operations. This role includes planning production schedules, supervising teams, and improving operational efficiency.
Oversee daily production of meat processing and preservation.
Ensure product quality, food safety, and compliance with HACCP, GMP, and HALAL standards.
Plan and control production schedules, manpower, and material usage.
Lead and supervise production teams to achieve efficiency and output targets.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities.
Improve processes to reduce wastage and increase productivity.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years experience in meat or food manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of meat processing operations and cold room management.
Familiar with food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, HALAL).
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Diploma/Degree in related field preferred.
