Responsibilities
  • Oversee all production lines and ensure operations follow SOPs, WI, and quality standards.
  • Ensure output meets required productivity, quality, and cost targets.
  • Monitor line downtime and take corrective actions promptly.
  • Balance line loading, manpower allocation, and machine utilization for optimal efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth production flow from SMT, Assembly, Testing, and Box Build.
  • Lead, coach, and guide Production Supervisors, Line Leaders, and Operators.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.
  • Promote a positive and disciplined working culture with accountability and teamwork.
  • Ensure all products meet customer requirements and internal quality standards.
  • Work closely with QA/QC teams to address quality issues, implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Support internal/external audits related to ISO, IATF, and customer requirements.
  • Enforce compliance with workplace safety and 5S standards.
  • Track daily/weekly KPIs such as output, yield, scrap rate, manpower efficiency, and downtime.
  • Prepare production reports for management review.
  • Analyze production performance trends and propose improvement actions.
