About the role

This is a full‑time Production Manager position with KUANG YEE IMAGE PRESS SDN BHD based in Nibong Tebal, Penang. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's manufacturing operations to ensure efficient, cost‑effective, and high‑quality production. You will play a crucial role in driving the company's strategic objectives and contributing to its overall success.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all production activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring of manufacturing processes
• Oversee the work of production teams, providing direction, support, and performance feedback
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, purchasing, and maintenance, to align production with business needs
• Analyse production data and generate reports to support decision‑making and continuous improvement
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential production risks and bottlenecks
