The Job

Directly responsible for Manufacturing of Signage, material, manpower and production planning to meet the delivery on time

Provide technical solutions to customers whenever needed.

Responsibilities

Manpower & capacity planning and improve production performance.

Development of productivity, safety, quality, cost improvement strategies.

Responsible for meeting production efficiency and volume targets.

Develop, motivate, coach and guide team members to upgrade their skills and competencies.

Prepare costing and assist in tender documentations.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety requirements at the factory area.

Responsible on products costing & design/ engineering

The Candidate

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any Engineering field or equivalent.

At least 5 years of relevant working experience in production field

Possess strong knowledge, skills, and experience in managing and coordinating production and interfacing work at the site.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office application

Good communication skills, strong organizational & experience in managing people

Good written and spoken in English
