Job description

Responsibilities

Managing a team of factory employees, which involves both the engagement and development of these people.

Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.

To monitor the machine output and productivity, to ensure schedule is completed and each shift is staffed appropriately.

Responsible for ensuring that the facilities, layout and machinery used to produce newand existing materials and goods run to their maximum efficiency and output.

Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality, capacity and reducing operational costs.

Responsible for Implementing effective workspace with 5S and ISO 9001.

Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety standards as required by law and company policy.

Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
