A manufacturing and logistics firm seeks a Production Manager in Kulai, Malaysia. The role involves overseeing production activities, managing employees, and ensuring quality. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing and strong leadership skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous. Oversee production processes and prepare all the resources needed to maintain an efficient and continuous flow of production.
Plan, coordinate, and direct all production activities to ensure the products are made on time, in the correct order, and of adequate quality and composition, starting from assembly, testing up to the shipping.
Manage DL employees and subordinates, working in a team or individually, to maximize their performance and contribution. Schedule their work and activities, give instructions, motivate and direct the workers to meet the company objectives;
Monitor and control the flow of supplies that includes the purchase, storage, and movement of the required quality of raw materials, and also work-in-progress inventory.
Monitor and assure the quality of the assembly processes by overseeing that all the factors of the products meet quality requirements.
Have well experience and knowledge in handling PCBA/PCB and from Electronic Industries.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering skills.
Minimum >8 years of working experience for Assistant Manager position, >10 years of working experience for Production Manager position in manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership, supervisory, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Advantage for candidates who can communicate in Mandarin as need to liaise with stakeholders from Taiwan
Preferable to candidate who have experience working in E&E Industries.
