Job description

Lead, supervise, and motivate the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency and resource utilization.

Monitor production processes and adjust the schedule as needed.

Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Collaborate with the engineering, quality assurance, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.

Prepare and maintain production reports for management review.

Train and develop production staff to enhance skills and productivity.

Monitor inventory levels to prevent production downtime.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in production management or a supervisory role.

Engineering background with SolidWorks skills required.

Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices will be an added advantage.
