Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a production operator in Pasir Gudang, Johor. The role involves operating production machines, loading materials, and ensuring product quality while following safety procedures. Fresh graduates are welcome and training is provided to develop skills on the shop floor.

Shift options include AM and PM schedules with standard factory hours. The position is contract-based with potential to convert to permanent employment and comes with allowances and a bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates who have completed or are about to complete internship are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with relevant production experience will have an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines according to standard work instructions.
• Load materials into machines and remove completed products.
• Monitor machine operations and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Perform basic visual checks on finished products.
• Pack, label and arrange completed products as required.
• Follow production, safety and workplace procedures.
