Job Responsibilities

Full responsibility for all KPI and performance of the production line from beginning to end, ensuring adherence to manufacturing fundamentals and best in class performance.

Define initiatives and operations goals with input from other plant personnel to improve overall performance.

Develop technical specialized skills and knowledge, as well as teamwork, continuous improvement and discipline strengths.

Be responsible for all audit compliance for Quality, Safety, GMP, Procedures, Swabbing and Forming.

Should set high standard of performance within the team members and plant, tackling challenges and problems with critical thinking and ability to step up the performance, fostering sense of urgency, ownership and commitment.

Should hold people accountable, while promoting an environment of high performance, encouraging the line teams and others toward high performance.

Monitor progress, while directing team members and line performance to a common goal.

Approach problems and situations with curiosity, granularity, critical thinking and open mind, to learn the most of each topic, situation, and develop knowledge, skill and know how to outperform.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Production, Operations Management, and/or other related disciplines.

At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing industries.

Strong communication and language skills.

Strong proven leadership abilities and competence to oversee staff.

Well-versed and experienced in statistical process control.

Good interpersonal skills and proactive behavior.

Proficient in written and spoken English and Malay.

Physically able to work in a factory environment.

Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
