Responsibilities

• Plan daily production orders for manpower and stock availability.
• Adjust schedules and estimate worker hour requirements.
• Determine crewing requirements and schedule team members.
• Manage daily production to meet productivity goals.
• Prepare and analyze daily and weekly production reports.
• Supervise and monitor control processes.
• Liaise with production and logistics to prioritize back orders.
• Update and record daily production status.
• Coordinate plans for reworks and rejects goods.
• Ensure all finished products meet company quality standards.
