Job summary

A leading food production company in Malaysia seeks a production manager to oversee scheduling, quality control, and team management. Candidates must possess a Diploma or Degree in Food Science and have at least 5 years of experience in the food industry. The role entails working closely with the Factory Manager to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. Proficiency in production management software is required, along with strong communication skills to guide the team effectively. This position is based in Shah Alam (Sek.7).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Food Industries or related fields.
• Experience in a leadership role in production or operations management is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach the team.

Responsibilities

• Plan production schedule on a weekly basis.
• Support Factory Manager in day-to-day management and coaching of production workers.
• Oversee quality control throughout the production process.
• Monitor production schedules and efficiency to achieve 100% on-time delivery.
