Join our expanding automotive manufacturing team in Tanjung Malim, Perak, where quality, efficiency and teamwork drive our operations. We are looking for a committed and proactive Production Executive to support our fast‑paced car seat assembly plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of finished goods to customers.
• Ensure full adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all safety protocols.
• Monitor daily production output and oversee the smooth operational flow of the production line.
• Maintain and continuously improve product quality while minimizing production rejects.
• Supervise, coach and support production personnel and operators in their daily shop floor activities.
• Monitor and analyse production KPIs (efficiency, yield, productivity) to assess and drive performance improvements.
• Assist in handling personnel disciplinary matters and participate in performance appraisal activities.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure a safe, clean and organised machining and production environment.
• Manage shift operations effectively and uphold work discipline and compliance among all team members.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management as and when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Manufacturing, Engineering or other relevant fields.
• At least 2–3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment; proven experience in a supervisory or production‑related role is preferred.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery and production tools.
• Knowledge of quality, safety and productivity practices in a production environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle shop floor challenges effectively.
