Production Executive (For Operating Company)
Key responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating shift production outputs, ensuring quality standards, leading and training staff, reacting quickly to production issues, collaborating with specialist and mould maintenance teams, upholding discipline and teamwork, coordinating with department heads, resolving production problems, maintaining moulds, managing accurate stock movement, and performing additional tasks assigned by superiors.
- Monitor and evaluate all shift production outputs and performance against the production plan.
- Assess production performance based on quality levels to ensure compliance with standards.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide and train subordinates alongside non-technical executives.
- Respond immediately to any production-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with Specialists and Mould Maintenance teams to resolve mould-related problems.
- Educate, guide, and monitor subordinates to uphold discipline, teamwork, and work ethics.
- Liaise with PPC, Technical Executives/Specialists, and Superintendents regarding changes in daily production setups.
- Coordinate with other departments on production and quality-related matters to ensure smooth operations.
- Work with non-technical teams to develop countermeasures and solutions for production issues.
- Ensure all moulds are properly maintained and cleaned on schedule.
- Oversee accurate stock movement and ensure proper alignment between the system and production floor.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors related to production operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Experience in Injection Moulding / Assembly Line:
- Minimum 3 years for Executive level.
- Minimum 10 years for Specialist level.
- Strong knowledge in Injection Moulding and Assembly processes.
- Familiarity with management system certifications (ISO/IATF preferred).
- Proficiency in computer and material flow systems.
