Job summary

A local manufacturing company in Shah Alam seeks a Production Executive to monitor production activities, coordinate with various teams, and ensure compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Food Technology or Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing, particularly in FMCG. Strong organizational skills are a must, and candidates must be willing to work shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate with Procurement, QA, and Warehouse teams.
• Track production KPIs and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Support implementation of SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues.
