Job Summary: The Production Executive plans, organizes, and supervises daily manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, and meet quality standards. Acts as a key link between planning, production, maintenance, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities

Create and monitor daily/weekly production schedules.

Supervise and motivate production teams to achieve targets.

Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Coordinate with stores and procurement for timely material availability.

Prepare and analyze production reports, downtime, and efficiency metrics.

Support lean manufacturing initiatives, 5S, Kaizen, and TPM practices.

Ability to plan and monitor production schedules.

Knowledge of capacity planning and resource allocation.

Familiar with OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) metrics.

Ensures process documentation and quality compliance.

Coordinates material availability with procurement and stores.

Analyzes production efficiency and downtime data.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Production Planning, Operations Management, or Mechanical Engineering.

3–7 years’ experience in a manufacturing setup with production planning and supervisory exposure.

Hands‑on knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.
