Role Description

Responsible for planning and adjusting production schedules, managing workforce productivity, and ensuring quality standards are met. Oversees daily operations including resolving production issues, controlling manufacturing costs, and monitoring inventory levels. Provides performance reports, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and implements procedures that enhance efficiency while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Degree in any field, with degrees in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning software is a plus.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage and supervise a production team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Knowledge of specific quality and regulatory standards such as IATF 16949 certification is expected.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
