Summary: The Production Executive/Team Leader supports the daily operations of the central production by ensuring smooth production processes, adherence to food safety standards, and coordination of raw materials and inventory and team management. This role focuses on execution and monitoring of production activities, while working closely with the Production Manager and other teams to maintain efficiency, quality, and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in briefing and executing daily production activities according to company standards.
• Ensure food production methods follow established SOPs and quality guidelines.
• Monitor production output to maintain cost efficiency, product quality, and consistency.
• Coordinate receiving, checking, and issuing of raw materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and report discrepancies.
• Support the preparation of production reports and KPIs for management review.
• Ensure proper use and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and facilities.
• Uphold compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations (GMP, HACCP).
• Provide support in training and guiding kitchen assistants or crew when necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments (procurement, QA, logistics and R&D) to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Culinary, Business, or related field preferred.
