Job description

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and oversee daily production schedules to achieve target output and quality standards.
• Supervise a team of line leaders, mixers/crushers, manipulants, and operators.
• Ensure product quality meets company and customer standards.
• Manage work‑in‑progress (WIP) and production bottlenecks to ensure 100% order fulfilment.
• Monitor and take action to reduce downtime, material rejection, and wastage.
• Participate actively in internal and external audits (ISO, FSSC, SEDEX, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with QC, Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to resolve production‑related issues.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports, efficiency analysis, and improvement plans.
• Drive continuous improvement to maximize labor and resource efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: SPM and above.
• At least 1 year of experience in production management or a related manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with ISO, FSSC, SEDEX, and other audit standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide the production team.
• Proactive, result‑oriented, and capable of solving problems under pressure.
• Positive attitude and hands‑on approach to achieving production goals.
