Responsibilities

Job description

Assist production HOD to ensure that BMR and NAV closure and updating is online and real time.

• Ensure that all NAV entry and output at each stages is on time
• Preparation and submission of daily production reports
• Ensure on time closure of BMR
• Ensure on time production ticket closure
• Perform monthly stock take

Assist production HOD to control processes and manpower

• Ensure GMP is adhered in production
• Ensure all processes are in order and following BMR
• Ensure on‑time filling and closure of any deviation or IPIR; and issue investigation
• Review and update relevant Production SOP's
• Ensure all manpower are trained properly
• Plan and assign daily job duties to production personnel
• Recommend changes in workflow and operations to maximize production efficiency and meet production goals
• Monitor the progress of production and confirming it stays on schedule
• To execute any duties as assigned by the superior.

Assist Production Manager in managing processes and manpower effectively.

• Process and Manpower Control:
• a. Plan and allocate daily job responsibilities to production personnel.
• b. Assist in the investigation and deviation analysis if it is related to or affected by manpower issues and output.
• c. Ensure intermediate storage areas are managed within time and space constraints in alignment with production output.
• d. Ensure that all personnel are adequately trained for their assigned processes.
• e. Recommend workflow and operational improvements to maximize production efficiency and achieve production targets.
• f. Update the Training Needs Matrix (TNM) annually and the Training Needs Identification (TNI) quarterly for all subordinates.
• g. Perform any other tasks as assigned by superiors to support production and operational objectives

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least degree in pharmaceutical science or Pharmaceutical technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Manufacturing industry.
• Able to work overtime and shift.
• Willing to relocate and/or commute to Tampoi, Johor Bahru.
