Production Execution Pilot

The Production Execution Pilot is responsible for the remote operation of multiple Air Separation Units (ASU) across the APAC region, adapting the load to the Best Economical Point and to the actual customer demand. You will be part of a 24/7 shift team, and will also strongly interact with the local site team, and other engineering support functions.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
  • Systematically run the asset optimizer and execute the changes to adjust the ASU production.
  • Within the scope of remote operation, communicate plant related information and coordinate site activities with the site operation team.
  • Drive and act up on internal/external customer interactions.
  • Key stakeholder of "industrial crisis management".
  • Deliver & actively participate in an effective shift-handover (ongoing activity, safety/reliability/efficiency activity, critical tank level, most critical alert, etc.).
  • Drive assigned continuous improvement projects (C‑IMP) and report associated benefit (when necessary lead project risk and mitigation planning).
Are you a MATCH?
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering and/or Process Control or equivalent.
  • 1 - 5 years of experience as a Plant/Process Engineer involved in Operations or Operations Management will be an added advantage. Senior Operators welcome to apply!
  • Must be fluent in communication in English, both verbal and written.
  • Keen to cope and leverage digital tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with multiple stakeholders, high autonomy and able to learn fast.
  • Demonstrated good flexibility and resilience.
