Job description

Production Coordination

Organize and lead regular production coordination meetings to review phase issues, production status, and strategic priorities.

Assist to plan the production schedule by reasonably allocating man power, raw materials, equipment, and other necessary resources.

Optimize production time and schedule to consistently meet product delivery dates and deadlines.

Quality Management

Review monthly quality work reports and assist the Factory Manager in executing product quality control efforts.

Lead the implementation of the overall quality management system and the establishment of the Quality Management System within the production department.

Cooperate with QAQC to address production quality issues, ensuring all relevant data is archived for future reference.

Research & Development and Improvement

Lead and support the research and development of new products.

Drive the improvement of existing products by exploring new raw materials, consumables, and production methods.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Create comprehensive production reports such as costing & production performance based on data analysis.

Act as the primary liaison between China expatriate staff and local employees.

Provide real-time translation during meetings, production walkthroughs, and technical discussions to ensure fluid operations.

Ensure clear and accurate communication across all language barriers within the factory.

Coordinate logistics and administrative support for China expatriate staff.

Help resolve operational or communication issues that may arise between teams.

General & Training

Provide training for management staff at all levels to drive desired results.

Supervise the implementation of 7S activities on the production floor.

Complete other tasks as assigned by the Factory Manager.
