Responsibilities

• Check customer website; print and prepare 4 kanbans before 9:00 AM daily.
• Monitor stock movement from receiving to Finished Goods; compare forecast vs actual; ensure stock sufficiency.
• Conduct daily briefing; share plans and updates; address departmental issues.
• Assign daily tasks; ensure completion; supervise and resolve issues.
• Plan and monitor deliveries; ensure schedule adherence; zero delays.
• Validate Transfer Parts Report and FG Report; ensure FG quantity is sufficient for next delivery.
• Enforce FIFO for receiving, transfer, and delivery; verify supplier FIFO chop.
• Maintain daily 5S in work area.
• Handle queries and updates; maintain good relationships.
• Record Delivery Orders; verify actual quantity; complete stock take 100% before deadline.
• Provide suitable training to improve operator skills and knowledge.

• Reports: Validate Transfer Parts Report and FG Report; ensure FG quantity is sufficient for next delivery.
• FIFO Compliance: Enforce FIFO for receiving, transfer, and delivery; verify supplier FIFO chop.
• 5S & Safety: Maintain daily 5S in work area.
• Customer & Supplier Relations: Handle queries and updates; maintain good relationships.
• Receiving & Stock Take: Record Delivery Orders; verify actual quantity; complete stock take 100% before deadline.
• Training: Provide suitable training to improve operator skills and knowledge.
