Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Studies, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Lean and Kaizen principles is required.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is required.
• Required languages: BM/ English/ Mandarin.

Job Responsibilities:

• To manage the production shopfloor assigned and ensuring the production output is up to target.
• To carry out cost control/ Kaizen activities in order to maximize the production cost effectiveness.
• To conduct daily production report update to production planner.
• To manage and guide the shopfloor workers with leadership.
• To report to immediate superior regarding any backlog, machine problem & production output.
• To ensure smooth production operation and the output is up to target as per planned.
• To report any accident and unsafe machine, tools and mould condition to immediate superior.
• To comply with any instructions or measure on occupational safety & health instituted by superior.
• To ensure accuracy of the output quantity and report to immediate superior.
• To ensure smooth production activities in order to maximize the production cost effectiveness.
• To capture and record daily production output reporting/ related documents.
• To collaborate with other departments (store/planning/QC) for ensuring smooth operations activities.
• To carry out any product quality inspection that assigned to you from time to time.
