Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor on production planning schedules and ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in production activities by managing machine settings and maintenance.
• Monitor and calibrate usage of raw materials and wastage.
• Ensure stock accuracy on production of finished goods.
• Assist with mold setup and inventory activities as needed.
• Ensure safety rules and cleanliness are followed.
• Monitor and reduce downtime and material rejection.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve production issues.
• Prepare daily production reports and efficiency analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement for productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or above or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor on production planning schedules and ensure quality standards meet company and customer expectations.
• Participate in production activities by managing production machine settings, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance.
• Run raw material machines to prepare for production run, and monitor/calibrate usage of raw materials and wastage.
• Ensure stock accuracy on production of finished goods.
• Assist on mold setup and support inventory checking, packing, and loading/unloading raw material activities when needed.
• Ensure workplace safety rules and cleanliness are strictly followed by operators.
• Monitor and take action to reduce downtime, material rejection and wastage.
• Collaborate closely with Supervisor, QC, Maintenance, Planning and Warehouse to resolve production issues.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports, efficiency analysis and improvement plans.
• Drive continuous improvement to maximize labor and resource efficiency.
